Sertaç Kayar, a freelance photojournalist, is being prosecuted on the charges of “targeting those who have taken place in anti-terror operations” over a photo he took during the March 8 Women’s Day demonstrations in Diyarbakır. He was briefly detained on December 19, 2017, after a police raid to his house in Diyarbakır.
